Yes, as long as the reservation has been made through the official website www.typichotels.com, with the flexible rate, and 96 hours notice is given before the arrival date.

Can I leave my luggage at the Hotel?
Yes, we have a room where you can store your luggage and start using the hotel facilities.
Can I arrive early in the morning and enter the apartment?
Yes, it is possible if you have booked the night before your arrival, otherwise you will have to wait until 14:00h to enter the apartment.
Do you have towel service for the pool?
We do not have pool towels.
Can I pay cash on arrival?
Yes, as long as it does not exceed 1.000€ or its equivalent in foreign currency.
Can I pay in advance?
Yes, it is possible to pay your reservation in advance by bank transfer or credit card, requesting it by email to reservas@typichotels.com.
Can I pay with American Express?
No, the hotel only accepts Mastercard & Visa cards, however you can use this card to guarantee your reservation.
Do you have parking?
No, but parking is free and safe in the Es Canar area.
Do you have 24-hour reception?
We do not have 24-hour reception. Reception hours are from 8:00 am to 1:00 pm.
Where can I pick up my apartment keys if the reception is closed?
Next to the Reception you will find the Popeye bar and the Art store, both belonging to the apartments. There you can find your keys in case the Reception is closed when you arrive.
Does the apartment have a coffee maker?
Yes, the coffee maker is classic Italian.
Is the sofa bed a double bed?
Yes, the sofa is suitable for two people. We do not have extra beds.
Do you have cribs available?
Yes, we have crib service and it is necessary to request it before your arrival.
Do you have a hairdryer?
Yes, all apartments have a hairdryer.
Is there an iron available?
Yes, the apartments have irons and/or you can request it at the reception.
Is the kitchen equipped?
Yes, it is equipped with electric stove, refrigerator with freezer, microwave, toaster, kettle, Italian coffee maker, and basic kitchen utensils.
Do the apartments have sea views?
Some apartments may have partial sea views, this cannot be guaranteed.
Do the apartments have a terrace?
No, the apartments have balconies or terraces and this cannot be guaranteed.
Can I choose the apartment?
No, the assignment is made according to availability and it is not possible to choose a specific apartment.
Do you have transfer service from the airport?
No, the hotel does not have this service but we can help you arrange it.
How can I get there by bus from the airport?
You can go from Ibiza Airport (IBZ) to Es Canar on line L24 the bus costs €3.50. It leaves the airport every hour every day from 7:00 am to 11:00 pm during the summer months; beginning of June to the end of September. It arrives at S'Argamassa station.
Can I get from Es Canar to Santa Eulalia by bus?
The cheapest way to get from Santa Eulalia del Rio to Es Canar is to bus which costs €1 - €3 and takes 18 min. L18A.
Can you get from Es Canar to Santa Eulalia by ferry?
