  • HOW CAN I MAKE A BOOKING?

    You can book your holiday through our website www.typichotels.com, or by calling our telephone booking line on +34 971 33 22 51 or by writing to reservas@typichotels.com. Our bookings team will be delighted to help. The only thing you need to know is the hotel you would like to book, the dates you wish to travel and how many people are in the group. The deposit required to confirm your booking can be paid when booking or by bank transfer. And the rest when you arrive.

  • CAN I COME AND LIVE HERE?

    That one of the most common questions our guests ask. We do everything we can to make you feel at home. Although we do realize your family and friends would miss you if you stayed at the hotel forever. If you'd like to come and live on the island, tell us your plans. We'll be delighted to help in any way we can.

  • IS IT SAFE MAKING A BOOKING ONLINE? WHAT TYPES OF CARDS DO YOU ACCEPT?

    We accept Visa, Mastercard and American Express. And obviously cash in euros. The protection of your personal data and the security of your credit card is an important concern to which we pay special attention: TYPIC HOTELS uses only the most modern system for processing on line payments: a virtual POS (Point of Sale) terminal. All communications, accommodation bookings and payments are processed in a secure environment and your booking will receive the highest level of protection possible. Only your bank receives your credit card details. Nobody else.

  • HOW CAN I CHANGE/CANCEL A BOOKING?

    It’s very simple. At Typic Hotels we understand that life is for living and there are a thousand and one reasons why something might come up which means you have to give up your holiday or make changes to the booking. With this in mind, if it's a standard booking, you can cancel or change it up to 10 days before arrival free of charge. If you cancel less than ten days before, your deposit is non-refundable. Changing a booking is simple, call us on +34 971 33 22 51 or email us at reservas@typichotels.com and we'll help in any way we can.

  • CAN I BOOK MORE THAN ONE ROOM AT A TIME?

    Of course. Or 4 or 10 if you want to. We organize lots of group bookings and will be delighted to help ensure your stay is as Typic as possible!

  • CAN I BOOK TWO DIFFERENT TYPES OF ROOM AT THE SAME TIME?

    Of course! We like to keep things simple at Typic Hotels and we have all had that experience where we book our holiday and then a friend wants to join us at the last minute. Everyone is welcome!

  • WHAT TIME CAN I CHECK IN AND CHECK OUT?

    Arrival: As is common in most hotel accommodation, rooms and apartments are available from midday on the day of arrival. Some hotels and apartments have late check out until midday. In this case, the room will then be cleaned, meaning it is not available until 2 pm. Please bear this in mind if you plan to arrive before midday. In accordance with the booking conditions stipulated by each establishment, the booking specifies which services were chosen when making the reservation. VAT is included. Departure: You will need to check out by 11 am on the day of departure. This is especially important if your return flight is an evening flight and you do not plan to leave the hotel/apartment until late afternoon or even after midnight. It may be that you arrive at midnight and check in to your room straight away. This will count as your first night's accommodation. On your day of departure you may find you have a long wait between check out and leaving for the airport. Most hotels/apartments can store your luggage for you. Please ask at reception when you arrive. If you like, you can book and extra night and keep your room or apartment until you are ready to leave for your flight.
